All services are subject to availability, applicable laws, and the specific terms outlined in individual service agreements.

When using our services, you agree to:

Payment terms for our services are as follows:

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Market Link Maldives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question
• We are not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, etc.) may excuse performance obligations
• Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permits, licenses, and approvals

All content on our website and in our materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Market Link Maldives or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without our express written permission.

Either party may terminate service agreements in accordance with the terms specified in individual contracts. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately, but obligations that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Maldives. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Maldives.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
